What is the return policy?
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in line with EU consumer rights. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. To start a return, simply contact us at support@vindawear.com with your order number.
Are any purchases final sale?
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened, unless the item arrives faulty. All other items follow our standard 14-day return policy. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Western Europe: 5–9 business days
- Rest of Europe: 7–12 business days
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.
